Attentive and knowledgeable. I attended the open day and was thoroughly impressed with the organisation, team presence and overall experience given how busy it was.

The best friendly service around. Always great advice and never pushy when advising you what you need. Always recommend Pk when anyone asks me where to go for pool and spa needs.

Very friendly staff and cares about your concerns. Takes time to assess and advise accordingly as your need. Also, educate new pool owners on how to best care for the pool.

Excellent knowledge and service. Highly recomend.

After a long period of rain our pool needed a thorough cleaning. The wind also did its thing by blowing a huge amount of sand into the pool. Therefore, vacuuming was inevitable. Now our pool is clean and the water is sparkling. Thank you Sean for a flawlessly cleaned pool. I would recommend PK Pool and Spa to everyone.

Karlos is the best pool tech. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Installation of a new chlorinator was done in a timely manner. John explained the operation and setup the app on my phone without any problems. Highly recommend PK Pool and Spa for an honest and reliable business.

Tried a couple other mobs due urgency of the job and PK was more then happy to send a technician out very promptly and discuss works and booked in. Very happy cannot fault the customer service.

On time as promised. Job done quickly and efficiently, would certainly recommend.

Amazing customer service and product, Karlos and the team are there to answer any questions to ensure you are happy and satisfied with the service and maintenance.

I have recently had a pool filter, pump and chlorinator installed as the old one wasn’t doing the job . I have always used pk pool and spa as the go to because there customer service is outstanding, I have tried a few different places over the years as I live in Baldivis and are closer but always leave disappointed so when it came to replacing everything I needed there was only going to be one place to shop / pk pool and spa , the first person I spoke to for a quote was Kaycee she explained everything I needed to know sent me pricing options I even got a good discount, well done kaycee and all the team it’s hard to get good customer service and without getting ripped off these days even the installation guys were professional polite and done and clean job , did I mention turning up on time 👍 this is the first review I’ve ever done on a business but well deserved / CUSTOMER SERVICE and really good PRICES thank you team, definitely deserve a pay rise. Brad

Excellent. Would highly recommend. Our pool looked more like a very dirty green pond with water that could not be seen through. It now sparkles We are so delighted that we have engaged them to do regular maintenance on our pool.

We had a pool heater installed, they def go above and beyond. Extremely helpful Owner, installer and in store staff. Answered every question we had and explained everything they did and made sure we knew how it all worked. I’m so grateful for their fast installation as this meant we are able to use our new pool in autumn before winter arrives.

Exceptional service. Highly recommended

Pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. Prices are also comparable.

PK Pool and Spa went above and beyond to help when my pool pump failed. It was still under warrenty but reuired it to be removed and taken to the supplier by myself. PK organised for the suplier to come to my home and replace the pump. they were alot more helpfull than the company that installed the pool that were of no help at all. I cant recommend PK Pool and Spa high enough they are the best.

I have always had great help from PK Pool and Spa, the girls have always been super helpful when my water is being tested and for my 2 moments of bringing my pool back to life after the pool cover making it green, They always make sure I have all my instructions, numbered in order and explain every step in an easy to understand and remember way.

I recently attended the store to ask some ideas as to why my robotic pool cleaner might not be working properly. I was advised by a lovely lady that it could be a number of things, however in order to find out it would need to be sent to Pool Robotics in Jandakot for Diagnostic testing. This would involve a courier fee (to cover to/from) additionally the diagnostic test fee charged by Pool Robotics. However, she did mention that I could take it to Pool Robotics myself and hence no courier fee. As I am often on the road travelling, this would be convenient to do, hence she provided me with the address. I am pleased to say the issue was found and could be repaired and I was happy to pay the cost, being one third of a brand new system. Thank you

I've used this place many times over the years and have received excellent service as well as some of the best prices for their product. I recommend using them for your pool care needs.
